The Bali security audit contest, hosted by Sherlock, is now in full swing. Running through December 1st, this crucial phase in our impending upgrades is essential for guaranteeing the security of our code. Participants are engaged in a comprehensive review of the contracts, identifying potential vulnerabilities for our devs to address. Prop Submission Threshold

Purple x LearnWeb3

LearnWeb3, a leading web3 developer community, is gearing up for its Decentralized Intelligence Season 2 Hackathon in Q1 2024. The event, focusing on AI and Crypto, follows the success of its first season and aims to attract over 500 hackers and 50+ projects. Purple has recently passed a proposal to co-sponsor the event, contributing $5,000 USDC to the bounties. Check out the proposal and more details on the event here.

ENERGY Contributes to Model-WIP

ENERGY recently passed Proposal 11 (a revised version of Proposal 9) contributing 0.5 ETH to the MODEL-WIP crowdfund campaign on Fabric. MODEL-WIP is a community project to crowdfund the creation, usage, and collective ownership of a unique generative image model. More specifically, they are going to commission an artist to produce a body of work, train an image generation model on that work, and monetize the model by making it freely usable within SOURCE. You can learn more about SOURCE here and the project as a whole in the thread below.

Public Work Session

The Tech Pod will hold public work sessions every other Thursday at 9:00 pm ET (1:00 am UTC). If you have any questions about the work they are doing or ways you can contribute, please feel free to pop in and join them during this session! Builder DAO Meetings

The weekly Builder Office Hours call hosted by Prof Werder is every Wednesday at 4:00pm ET. Prof will be available to answer all of your Builder DAO and Nouns Builder questions! Register your interest in the next Office Hours call on November 29th at 4:00pm ET in Discord here.

Every week on Fridays at 12:30 pm ET Prof Werder and Toady Hawk host BuilderBox live at The Noun Square! Follow the BuilderBox Twitter account to keep up with the latest news. If you aren’t able to make it, you can always go back and listen to the recording. There was no show this past week due to the holiday, but they’ll be back this Friday!

Builder Channel on Farcaster

The Builder Channel on Farcaster displays a feed of activity from members of Builder including casts and onchain activity such as auctions, proposals, and votes. You can also now see the DAO feed directly on the nouns.build website by clicking ‘Feed’ as shown in the screenshot below!

It’s a really great way to keep up to date with your fellow Builders! Very recently Farcaster has even gone permissionless! Anyone can now sign up for the protocol without an invite. Head to your Farcaster client of choice (Warpcast, Aburra, Flink, Herocast, etc) and sign up today. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance!

This week’s featured DAO built on the Builder protocol is Purple DAO! Purple is a DAO whose goal is to proliferate and expand the Farcaster protocol and ecosystem. They fund small grants and retroactive rewards via Prop House and larger onchain proposals which proliferate Farcaster and/or build on top of the protocol. They recently upgraded their token artwork, so all tokens after #365 feature the Season 2 artwork commissioned in Prop 35 and deployed in Prop 45.
