Overview
The Brief
Create a short hype video that either explains or pulls people into the Nouniverse and if your video gets over 2k views on YouTube before April 30th 2023 you could be awarded part of the $200k fund.
How to Enter?

Create a video that meets the Brief and the Entry Requirements
Step 2
Upload it to YouTube and tag it with #EnterTheNouniverse
Step 3
Get People to watch it! That’s it! Anyone can enter. Anyone can win.
How to Win?
The Vote
10 videos will be selected on April 30th and put to a vote by the Nouns
4 entries with the most vote will win $50k each!
Selection Criteria
8 Entries with the most organic YouTube views will automatically qualify
2 Entries will be selected for qualification by the Nouns Video Committee
* Our team will contact the top 10 videos on Apr 30th letting them know they have qualified and to get any additional information they want to provide for that vote.
** Teams will be asked for proof that their views are organic.
T&C’s
Entry Requirements
- Has more than 2k organic views on Youtube before Apr 30th
- Must include ‘#EnterTheNouniverse’ in the description (so we can easily filter submissions)
- Must meet the brief (i.e. It either ‘explains the Nouns’ or ‘pulls people into the Nouniverse’)
- Content must be original. While videos may reuse existing content if it is not mostly original it will not qualify.
- Is positive in nature and is rated PG
- Must be a video and not a YouTube ‘shorts’
Guidelines
Complete creative freedom is given to entrants for the video you want to create so long as it meets the brief (i.e. it explains Nouns or pulls people into the Nouniverse).
It can be animated, live footage, an interview, a music video, something serious, something funny….or something completely different. It’s up to you, the creator, to do what you think will work.
You might focus on a higher end production that explains Nouns to people while others might focus on something simple and unique that pulls people into the Nouniverse (i.e. see the different approach Coinbase had vs other cypto companies during the superbowl in trying to achieve the same result)
Just remember, the top 10 videos will come down to a vote at the end to pick the 4 winners. So quality and/or impact will matter, not just views.
If you have any supporting information that demonstates the impact of your video (such as driving traffic to nouns.wtf or views/engagement on other platforms like Twitter etc), it can be included along with your video in the final vote.
