Not Just another NFT Project
Background
On April 29th, Twitter is deprecating their Search and Account Activity API. This will affect hobby and commercial developers who rely on the API to read content from Twitter’s database. Farcaster Hubs are now launched, which enable broad access to data from the Farcaster protocol. Purple should support developers in their migration efforts and use this opportunity to educate developers about the benefits of an open and decentralized social media protocol.
Timeline
– 2 weeks for submissions (starting from May ~5 or whenever the Prop House is ready, whichever is sooner) – 1 week for voting (starting from May ~19 or whenever submissions end, whichever is sooner)
Rewards
– 5 winners at 1 ETH each
Requirement
Developers must be currently operating a Twitter bot. Preference should be given to bots that provide useful, amusing, or engaging content.
Voting Guidelines
No self-dealing or conflicts of interest: Purple holders should refrain from voting on sending funds to wallets where any portion of those funds is expected to flow to them, their projects, or anyone they have a close personal or economic relationship with.
Note
If two projects have received the same number of votes, the one submitted earlier will rank higher
