There were two traits that initially attracted me to the Lil Nouns community. One was that everyone seemed so curious — to build, explore, and figure things out in this emerging new world. The other trait was that the vast majority of folks in the community were genuinely kind.

This week, I was reminded of this kindness when I saw a new channel pop up in Discord: #lil-thanks. It’s a subtle but important piece of this lil corner of web3 that I’m very proud to be a part of. Reading through this channel brightens my day. I highly recommend you spend some time reading through the interactions of gratitude. And if someone has helped you recently, consider dropping a lil thank you in the channel.

The Lil Nouns Data Pod has been a longstanding experiment that continues to evolve and improve over time.

The mission of Data Pod is to organize Nounish information, to make it accessible, insightful, and useful. Adding more transparency and digesting data that sometimes is harder to reach.

Since the inception of @lilnounsdao, making on-chain data available to the community has been a priority. @mfrs_manuel and @_daBaba lead the efforts in the beginning and ended up joining forces to create Lil Nouns data pod 🧵

Slow week this week for Proposals.

The only Proposal on-chain was from yours truly. And can you believe it?! We did it fam! Third-time was a charm — we got the newsletter prop passed and executed. Thank you! From the bottom of my (Saturn-shaped) heart.

It’s fun to go back and read through past proposals that have been put on-chain. Flick through them at some point this week: Past Proposals.

→ Prop House: Round 10 is Open for (Spooky) Submissions

As Halloween approaches we want to run this 20x .5eth round to provide as many treats as possible for the Lil Nouns Dao coming into this Hollow’s Eve. Whether the final winners choose to accept as a treat or turn into a trick… well, that’s up to them 🎃. Please come with all your zany ideas. Halloween theme is not necessary. but we all love a good Lil SCARE!

20 winners will be selected at 0.50 ETH each. There have been 30 submissions so far. Tomorrow (October 24th) is the last day to submit your spooky idea!
