Sina Weibo will be mobilizing its media resources to proliferate the collection, as well as distributing it to its users. The launch will also be accompanied by a meme contest to seed and boost the meme value of Noggle/Nouns within Chinese digital collectibles communities.

If their proposal pass, NounsCN Grant will also be introduced as a pilot/experimental pool of small capital to serve the DAO’s interest.
